Husband having issues

My hubby and I have been married a few years now. Having sex has been a challenge, he's gained weight so he has had mega confidence issues. And when we do have sex he has trouble lasting and finishing (sorry to be so blunt) and of course that kills his confidence more. We really want kiddos and want to try. We have vowed to work on getting healthy together, hoping that will help. But my clock is ticking and I'm worried that we will miss our opportunity if we don't get this part of our lives fixed. I go to a new OB this week who has a urologist who works there too. Curious if anyone has gone through this. I'm willing to go through other means than traditional to get pregnant if that is what we need.
