Spotting

Iv had bad anxiety about my pregnancy ever since I found out I was expecting. Im scared that I'm going to lose my baby and I just don't want to do anything wrong my first appt is Jan 20 and my first on appt is in feb I feel like I have no reassurance and lastnight I had sex and shortly after I had light pink bleeding which is now brown spotting but I am still very very worried. Can anyone else relate I am driving myself crazy. ?
