Overwhelming

Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed with everything involving your pregnancy? I definitely am, finally got an appointment today. I got in 2 weeks for my first prenatal meeting with my midwife, then a week later they'll do my first ultrasound. I was hoping they'd do an ultrasound during my first appointment. I told them about the ridiculous pains I'm having in my stomach for the past few days and they tried to ease my mind and say it's normal that it's probably implantation pains but I'm scared still.
