Not enough

Have you ever felt as though you weren't enough for your boyfriend? I love this man with all my heart but I don't think he knows how much. I am pregnant by him with his first child and sometimes I feel like he doesn't give me the attention I deserve. He goes Facebook and writes other females. He says they come onto him and he responds. I don't know what to do anymore.
