3 weeks late

The 1st day of the beginning of my cycle was Nov 16 I've had sore breast and headaches minor aches and cramps in my abdomen. This weekend food tasted weird. But today I got period I change the tampon every 2 hours n it's half way full bcuz I'm paranoid. So I'm basically 50 days late since my last period. Can I still be pregnant? This has never happened to me in always regular.
