Tired of bad news

I go to doc in a hour to find out if I'm miscarried my 2nd baby ..I had a miscariage Dec 14th went to doc 2 weeks later to find out there was another pregnancy. .doc said I must have had twins but I haven't stopped bleeding since Dec 14..it's slowed down to spotting but that about it..so doing another ultrasound and since my hcg didn't go up or down the last time I had it checked I'm thinking I'm going to lose this baby too..
