Pregnancy has become a sensitive topic. As I sat in my office today the printer started to break. A coworker says "there's a line. Line means positive, like a pregnancy test." Thus triggering several minutes of my coworkers joking about the printer being pregnant/in labor, etc. And I sat in my cubicle, jaw clenched, body tensed. No words came to my mind. Course they don't know I've dealt with disappointing BFNs for four months. That all my friends are pregnant or have babies. That last week was my fertile window and I am counting days since ovulation hoping for any early pregnancy signs. Pregnancy is a sensitive topic.
