HELP please

Idk if I'm even putting this n the right place but I need help ok I'm supposed to b 8 weeks pregnant 2 weeks ago I had an ultrasound the baby measured right on 6 weeks all the seen was a fetal pole n sac n yolk I went today got another one n the baby still measures 6 weeks with a heartbeat of 120 n I have some hemorrhaging around the placenta my dr told me the heartbeat was low n I'm still a threatened miscarriage so if anyone could possibly give me some insight on this bad or good please help me idk what to think ab all of this I've had 2 miscarriages this past year n never did we get this far but it's still so scary
