Under active Thyroid AND Tilted Uterus
I have been "diagnosed" with an under active thyroid. What do you all do to build your hormone levels? Changes in diet, if so, what do you eat? How has It affected your fertility journey?
I also found out I have a tilted uterus. I haven't heard much about this. Can anyone enlighten me?
My doctor didn't say much about the tilted uterus, but I will be going to see another one about my thyroid.
