Dhea does it help??

Question

Anyone taking Dhea and find that is makes them gain weight, trouble sleeping, and anxiety. I really want to improve my egg quality but wonder if this stuff is really goo for me! Need help please!!

I was on DHEA, ovaboost, and fertile CM for about 3 months and also did acupuncture once weekly. I didn't find I was having side effects from it. I stopped the supplements bc I finally got pregnant.

Dhea, my ivf doctor recommended I take a 25mg dose 3x a day. She also recommended I take coQ10 as well. Good luck

Look in to coq10. You shouldnt take dhea unless a doctor recommends it, since it is a hormone.
