Yes, if you ovulate a few days after. Sperm can live up to 5 days.

You can ovulate early or late and sperm can stay alive inside you for 3-5 days.

Unless your very carefully charting your BBT, cervical mucus, and body temperature along with your cycles for a minimum of a few months then it's near impossible to really nail down the day your going to ovulate. The best you have otherwise is a guess.
