Spotting or period?
My period wasn't actually due until tomorrow but yesterday I noticed that I started light brown spotting and usually that's how my period starts. I'm cramping and I know it will start getting heavy soon but when I log should I put that my period started or that I just started spotting? Like at what point have you officially started your period.
