Any ideas?

I have a really hurting back, neck and up by my ears. Plus my throats pretty sore. I never did anything that could have hurt it like this. Maybe it's from my mattress but I've never had it like this before. My periods supposed to start in 2 days. My boyfriend finished in me a couple weeks ago but I'm hoping I'm not pregnant as I'm on the Aviane 28 birth control conception. Any ideas why my body's hurting so much? I'm 17.
