Those who have joined MLM companies, what was your result?

MLM means multi level marketing... This includes but not limited to Mary Kay, Younique, It Works, & many other companies! Just curious on what the poll will be! Comment below your experiences, im curious!

A lot of mlms are get rich quick schemes.  You can lose a lot of money. Play it safe and keep it just to like Avon or Scentsy or something else well liked/known

I did Mary Kay and hated it...lost a lot of money. I'm an ambassador for Plexus now and absolutely love it. I don't commit to it 100%, but I love the products and I don't have to worry about buying a stock to sell. People just order through me. Started making money the very first day I signed up.

All are different and have different compensation plans. I like Plexus because I use the products and I believe in them...not so much in it for the money, that's just a bonus. It's best to do your research first to find out which company would be the best fit for you.

I did both Mary Kay and Itworks. The companies are amazing, but I did not have the personal strive and commitment to make it my full time job. It is a lot of hours and self promoting/marketing. I work full time as well and could not do both. I could have easily quit and put full focus into my MLM but I love what I do and was scared to commit and scared to fail.

If you put 100% into it you will reap the rewards. It is like owning your own business, you do not have a boss and you literally write your own paychecks. If you put in the work, it will show. Plus they have a great team of mentors to help you along the way. Hope that helps!

P.s. I am expecting my first child and struggling with trying to juggle work and my baby. I kinda wish I would have pushed harder with my MLM business.

I agree with Rebecca. Although it's not a nutrition plan I just joined an MLM myself and already have received a ton of interest in the past 24 hours.  But it's with a product that I've been using for over 6 months and am fully committed to. It was easy because my friends know me, see the results, and are interested automatically. I buy them and believe in them 100% so I don't feel like I'm losing out on anything just in case I'm not the best at it. (I still get the perks from it) 
I think the key is.. Going with something that you love and trust in and the rest will fall into place.
