Incision pain

I'm aware that every now and then the c section Area will have a sharp pain, but has anyone else had the feeling like , a scab was being picked at or something was leaking from the site? I can maybe compare it to phantom limb, where someone feels pain in a body part that is no longer there ... It's so strange and I get so scared I could be bleeding cuz I feel cold and wet but there's nothing there 😳
