So a little history.. I was on depo for about 4 years and my last shot was Oct 2012. Since then, I've had less than 6 AFs. The last two were in April 2015 and August 2015 (august was stimulated by the use of vitex). Along with vitex, I've tried Geritol tablets. In September, I didn't get AF. I still have yet to have another cycle. So I've decided to give the Vitex another shot, but for longer this time. Has anyone else had the issue with almost nonexistent menstrual cycles without having a diagnosis as to why? What did you do to bring back your cycle? I mean, if I have no AF, how am I to conceive?
