Implantation bleeding?!

I have PCOS but my AF is regular every month, always has been. On Christmas eve I was bleeding really lightly, I didn't notice until I went to the toilet. December 26 was my peak day, according to glow. Could this have been implantation bleeding? And if so when would you suggest I take a test? So nervous and trying not to get my hopes up! Xx
