Low bbt after ov :(

Hi wondering if anyone can help. I'm on cycle day 17 of a 27 day cycle (never late). Had firtile cm cycle day 14 and now feels like cervix is closed for business. My bbt has not got higher and is very low at 35.90 Celsius (96.62) does anyone know if this means I haven't ovulated this cycle or do I still have a chance for bfp?
