32 weeks both babies are breached

Up until now baby A was head down and now he's breached my dr said as long as baby A is head down we can go ahead with a normal delivery but now that he's breached if he doesn't turn back we will have to do a c-section. I'm worried because i plan on breastfeeding and I have a 4 and a half year old I have to care for as well and I'm wondering how hard it's really going to be if I end up having a c-section?
