Moving baby to crib

Hey all. I need advice. Our daughter has been sleeping in our room. She was in the rock n play from birth to about 2 weeks ago when we moved her to her bassinet in an effort to get her used to sleeping flat. She's been sleeping through the night since about 6 weeks old. The sleeping flat has been pretty easy, some nights she wakes up for her binky or a bottle but most nights sleeps through. She's starting to wake up when my husband gets up for work at 5 and so I'm thinking it's time to move her to her room because the noise machine clearly isn't enough. She's still swaddled in a velcro swaddler and it's the only way she'll sleep through. Any advice to give about moving to her crib? Maybe it's my emotions holding me back but it makes me so nervous!
