36w6d second baby.. Feeling wet? Please help

I've been feeling 'wet' down there but when I check my undies there is nothing on it.. I remember with my first child I kept feeling the same way and two days later my water broke but what do you think this is? Also I woke up naceous today.. I don't understand why if I'm continuesly feeling wet why nothing is showing on my underwear....
