IVF rest/ back to work??

Question

Feeling like I'm getting really conflicting advice, for what to do during the tww after my first IVF cycle. Some people I know go back to work and carry on as normal, others are on bed rest. Any advice or opinions?

Studies show there is no difference but my clinic recommends 3 days of bedrest so I'm going to follow their advice.  If your job is really active I would say stay home but light activity is probably ok.  I just don't want to risk it since there is so much at stake 😏

I was on 2 day bed rest after egg retrieval.. And day of transfer just rested the day of .. Then just no lifting or activities after!

I took off two weeks. I also do physically straining work. If I worked in an office setting I could go back to work after a few days. But I lift, and am on my feet all day most days 8+ hours a day. So I didn't go back until I had a negative beta.

I took the day of and day after egg collection off work. I'm on my feet all day at work, and was feeling pretty tender. 
My transfer was a Saturday, and I went back to work on Monday. 
I was told to take it pretty easy on the Saturday but to watch a comedy movie (laughing increases blood flow to your uterus). 
We were increadibly lucky and got our BFP after our first transfer.

My transfer was a Saturday, I took the Monday off as annual leave and then went back to work Tuesday.
