What is this?

So this morning I started what I thought was my period and when I went to the bathroom and took my tampon out and wiped it was literately pink. This is gonna be tmi but it's the color of the gogurt (the pink ones). And there's no blood what so ever in it. So what could it mean? There was a lot of it, too.
