What are your thoughts. I'm big on names that have meaning especially biblical names. I love the idea of putting thought and consideration into what I name my children. I am now pregnant with a boy and gave his father they ask of looking for a name. He wants to be lazy and just give baby boy his name, problem being he hates his own name. No one calls him by his real name nor had they his whole life's. His name mean Laurel derived from Laurentum. 😕 his mother didn't bother putting thoughts to her kids names at all. Her daughters name was stolen from a friend, which by the way if it's googled her name is the only name that pops up, including her birth certificate. I think they were high when they picked her name. His brothers names where given after the mothers bosses. I'm sorry but I'd never name my kids after my male bosses, seems too weird. And then there's my guy named after his father, which so happens to be a crooked preacher that has many low life followers. So even though I gave my guy the ok to name our child not thinking he would give a name he hates. He wants to give a name he hates because he's too lazy to look for a name. So now I'm looking for boy names and have a pissed fiancé. Am I over reacting?
