Best cream to fade stretch marks?

I'm 38 weeks and just noticed my first one :( I hope I don't get more but I'm wondering what creams work to really fade them?

I've been using the Palmer's stretch mark lotion at night and whenever my stomach gets really itchy. I'm 36 weeks and haven't noticed any yet so I'm not sure if it would help fade them but I feel like it's helped prevent!
