Tension headache(I'm Dying!!!!!!!) Not literally but I feel like it !

I think I've got a tension headache, ibuprofen works wonderfully but I don't want to keep taking it everyday I already took one pill each day for 3 days and today I'm going without the pill and I'm dying ! Like my head feels like it's going to explode I've had a headache for well 5 days straight I'm so over this in the morning it's really not that bad then bam 2 o'clock in the afternoon hits and it's seriously most pain ever! I want this to be over what can I do?

Also I have a 3 month old and a 5 year old and my 5 year old has been driving me nuts causing the headache to be worse and I'm alone with them while hubby's at work til 7 :(
