Vitex
Has anyone ever used vitex?
I have a normal 26-28 day cycle. I don't want it to screw me up, but I'm not sure that I'm ovulating. My dr. is progesterone testing me next cycle, but i wanted some input. It's been sitting in my medicine cabinet for 2 weeks, and I think I'm just nervous that it will maybe mess me up. Thank you all!
