Is it safe to have sex in the shower with your SO when the only birth control method you are using is condoms? Will the water effect the condoms? Will it break the condom? HELP!😩

NOOOO! Water will break a condom! That's why when you use lubes you have to use non water based lube. I've had a couple break because of water.
