My fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant for a year now. April 2015 I had a miscarriage but last weekend I was experiencing irritating pains only on my right side which I know that can happen during ovulation; we were intimate (Took a chance at it). This week I have been experiencing sore nipples,mild pinching and pulling like pains "cramps" on my right side again. I poked around my cervix on that side and found the mild pain plus a smooth little circle ball or "bump" some may say.  AF is due 1/20... Any suggestions ladies? When should I test?
