So confused

Thought I was starting my period was a really light discharge and only when I wiped so Sunday thought I would take a test didn't see anything do left in the draw and forgot about it till today just checked and it has two faint lines. Buts I have had a period red bleeding gor bout two days just took another test and only one line gonna leave that test like I did with the other one. Don't know wat to do don't wanna get my hopes up😕 xx
