High risk for chromosomal abnormality?

Hi all - has anyone else been told they are high risk for carrying Babies with Downs or other chromosomal abnormalities? My OB called yesterday to tell me my blood test results placed me in a high risk category but that there is often a high false positive with twins. I'm not freaking out yet- just curious how many of you also have been told this. I'm 17 weeks. Thanks!

Panorama and those tests don't work well for multiples because there are extra baby DNA fragments floating around (since there are extra babies)

I did panorama/horizon and it told me I was low risk for the genetic testing they did. Having twins. Was triplets. Went for my 22 w anatomy scan on Monday and dr didn’t see anything wrong on the ultrasound with the head or spine but the genetic results were slightly elevated for a chromosomal abnormality. 
If my test said low risk and it’s twins, do you think the test is wrong?

I'm 18 weeks w/ twins and was told last week my initial screening said I was in the high risk category for Down syndrome. I'm only 28 & nothing like that runs in our family but it's been so stressful waiting for the results of the additional labs they did. I read several accounts online of women who were told the same thing but went on to find out it was a false positive & had healthy babies. And yes, the test isn't ideal for twins as its really designed for singletons. Found out I might not get the additional results for almost another two weeks! 😢 Praying for healthy babies & pray all turns out well for you too.

I was told the test didn't work well for multiples too so we didn't do the extra labs. One of my twins had a bright spot on her heart which is a very low risk marker for downs. I wish they hadn't even told me because I had unneeded stress for 18 weeks of my pregnancy. She was born without downs.
