Tightness and pressure

The last two days my stomach has felt super tight with a ton of pressure. I'm thinkin it can't be pregnancy because I ovulated on new year's eve to January first and I just doubt I would be having any symptoms that early. My question is, which of you ladies have had that and what did it turn out to be?
