Tylenol ?
I've come down with a cold that now turned into a sinus infection. I only had it a few days so don't need antibiotics yet. Will get them if it doesn't go away however my sinuses are very painful. My head is heavy and hurts constantly I really do not like to take anything however I heard tylenol is safe. Anyone take this during pregnancy ?
