How to Cope with the Worry?
Hey Everyone!
I was pregnant in July and had a D&C in September. We waited a couple months to try and I just found out I'm pregnant again. My first pregnancy, while I knew that a miscarriage was possible, I was in a happy oblivious land of sorts. This one I am extremely nervous and worried. I was hoping you might be able to tell me how you have out your mind at ease in a pregnancy following a loss.
I do try do some yoga and get out walking. I'm definitely finding right now it is worse at work because I have some time to wonder. I can definitely feel my anxiety rising.
