Feta cheese?!?!

It says pregnant women shouldn't eat feta cheese but I want it all over everything! Has anyone gone thru a pregnancy eating feta?!

Just left my doc wit the same question. She said 99.9% of cheese in America is pasteurized & fine. She said more women cause extra complications from stressing about than they would if they just ate it!

You can eat cheeses as long as they're pasteurized. I'm a feta girl, it's in my Greek blood! 😆

Athenos brand is pasturerized and most restaurants know if their cheese is or isn't. I can't go without my feta either!!

As long as it is pasteurized there shouldn't be a problem.

You can have any soft cheese as long as it's pasteurized! Check the labels, you'll find that a lot of brands are!
