I don't understand why🙁

I keep getting yeast infections... I don't understand why my doctor just game me medicine for it and it went away... Now it's back n it's been like 4 weeks.. I get them constantly. But the thing is I'm clean I take a shower everyday and clean very well. Should I be worried? 😞
