Since coming off birth control in July I have had an intermittent stabbing pain on the right side of my pelvis.

There is no pattern to it and it doesn't just happen when I'm ovulating.

I've been sent for blood tests which came back clear and yesterday had an ultrasound to see if it's a cyst.

The ultrasound came back clear and I was told everything was normal.

I feel like I'm just back to square 1, I'm obviously happy there's no problems with my ovaries tubes or womb but with going into month 7 of ttc I'm convinced this pain is linked because didn't have it before I came off the pill.

I'm getting so depressed over this and my husband just keeps saying it will happen when it happens and thinks I'm getting over emotional.

Has anyone else had anything similar and been able to conceive?
