Cold sores gross I know 😔 help please

I've just had an out break and want to die. I hate them. I try everything that I know of from the cold sore cream to tea tree oil, witch hazel and now silver colloid. Only just tried silver colloid ten minutes ago.

I'm really embarrassed by cold sores and I can't stand going out while having one. Have any of you ladies had one and have some kind of magical cure? Literally anything I'll try. They aren't huge and only little and I want them gone by tomorrow. Impossible I know. But at least small enough to not be noticeable
