Anyone with PCOS?

I am in my early 20s my boyfriend and I are ttc. I just recently found out I have PCOS. Does anyone have any suggestions to help with having pcos?

Was ttc since about January of 2014 and June of 2015 was when pcos was found. I was on metformin for insulin resistance.  My cycles wouldn't start in their own so had to take progesterone to start them. Did that and then August started 50mg clomid . Didn't ovulate.  September 100mg clomid. Didn't check to see if ovulated but I must have. My period was 4 days September 9-12 and the worst of my life. Then October 3rd got my first positive pregnancy test.

So between the metformin progesterone and clomid I conceived. I used coconut oil as lube.
