They like it because how far they are in. They get the full sensation and the head is rubbing the back of your throat. If you lay on the edge of the bed with your head off and do it then you won't really gag and tou can still have him all the way in.

I don't have a gag reflex :( I know a lot of men like the feeling that comes along with it. So to kind of make up for it, I add extra stimulation by moaning when he's down my throat. Seems to drive him crazy. He says he really enjoys it.
