Too early for ultrasound ?

So I'm 6 days late and very nauseous. Went to my doctor yesterday they did a ultrasound and didn't see anything. They did a blood test they will call me in a few days when it comes back. If I am pregnant I would only be a few weeks. Is it too early to see on the screen? I haven't took a test yet

Yes way too early you'd be lucky to even see a tiny sack... You don't normally see anything until 5 weeks but I don't know your cycle so idk
