Am 4 weeks 5 days and I have been spotting on and off today I had some lower back pain

You could be. If you continue to pass blood and tissue it's more than likely. Be easy on yourself physically and emotionally. Don't use tampons, and if you fill up more than one pad an hour I'd go to the er. I'm sorry you're going through this. If you are I think it's technically called a chemical pregnancy if you want to look it up. There are also groups on here for women that are going through this. Good luck to you.
