TTC possible symptoms

So we are TTC our 3rd baby (praying for a boy), I am 6 dpo. I know it's super early, but the bottom part of my nipple feels, well like someone is running sandpaper over it, when it's touched. I didn't have really any symptoms with my first. I had a few with my second, but honestly I don't remember what my boobs felt like. So could this sandpaper pain feeling be a symptom? Also, I was cramping (like period cramping) the past 2 days, but it's gone now and this sandpaper pain started... So confused.
