AF cramps

I just stopped BC about 2 months ago to TTC #1. I was on BC for YEARS and always had relatively light flow for 2-3 days. AF this month is agonizing. I feel sick as a dog and these cramps are awful. Does anyone have any remedies I could try to ease the pain? I already take 800 mg ibuprofen so I'm looking for something a little more natural.
