Did my water leak?

Question

I woke up to the crotch area of my pants being wet. It doesn't smell like pee, I have some discharge but around the area it's damp, doesn't have a smell. I don't know if it's just a lot of discharge or my water leaking. I don't want to go in just to be sent right back home.

I was always told that the amniotic fluid had a sweet smell but I'm not sure

I wake up like this almost everyday. Im 34 weeks.. My midwife told me that slow leaks don't stop and if you can soak a whole pad in an hour, then call. But at this stage I think it's pretty common to just have TONS of discharge. Watery, thick, etc.

I would at least call. That's too much fluid to just be discharge!
