What does this mean?

I stopped taking my pill at the beginning of December and AF stopped 2 days ago, me and my boyfriend had sex last night and it was quiet rough, I've started bleeding a lot again. Is it my body bleeding because I'm off the pill and I'm just heavily spotting? Or could it be because I had rough sex? Or is there just no way of knowing? 🙈

Could be either. It happened a cpl times with us. Once it was him.. Yikes... 😳 he had a penile tear.    But anyway, there's no real way of knowing for sure, probably AF though
