Minimalist soon to be mom

I'm pretty much a minimalist when it comes to children at the newborn stage and we are compiling a list of things we will need/want for baby when they arrive in June. We also don't want to spend a lot of money or have others spend a lot of money. On top of that, we just don't have the room. Can you name your top five purchases/things that you have used in the first six months of baby being here that you couldn't live without? Also tell me why you couldn't live without them! :) thanks for all your help!!!!
