Trying hard

Me and my boyfriend have been trying for 7 month and as soon as we started my period stop so my doctor put me on povera and it work my period start to come but i don't know when I'm ovulating I try the test but it all come up to see I'm not ovulating  and he sperm will not stay inside me so we decided to try and have sex everyday and use the instead softcup to keep the sperm inside me and I've put myself on 500mg of metformin. Please help me any advice would be greatly appreciated
