38+5 STM surprise doctor visit...

So I went to the doctors today because I thought I was leaking fluid at 38weeks and 5 days STM. Turns out it was just mucus( I seriously thought it was my water maybe I just wanted it to be😔) she did a membrane sweep while I was there I did not have this done with my first because she came at 37 weeks. Had the sweep done at 4pm have been loosing some of my plug since we've been home and I just walked 1.3 miles and am feeling some menstral like cramping.  (Was also 1cm and 70% effaced) so what do you think my chances are ladies? Or maybe some advice on what else I should do to encourage the sweep to do the trick?
