Weight gain after stopping BC
Any other PCOS'ers gain weight after stopping birth control?? I had always stayed in a 3-5 pound range though after stopping BC in March 2015 I've since gained 20 pounds despite changing nothing about my diet/lifestyle.

This happened to me I gained 40 lbs in 2 months - that's what prompted my doctor to look into the possibility of me having pcos

Yes ! I understand too! I went to 5 different doctors and they all assumed I was lazy or ate too much.. Until I finally found a reproductive endocrinologist who sympathized with me and actually looked for a possible problem . So in a way I was glad to know what was wrong with me but not glad to ha

Sorry you gained too, but glad I'm not alone. My non-PCOS friends think I'm weird for being the opposite of what usually happens (i.e.- gaining when u start BC).
